OMELETTE

PREPARATION:

Put the eggs, salt and pepper in a bowl and beat until smooth. Grate the cheese and add it to the mixture. Heat a pan with oil, and reduce the heat to medium. Pour the beaten egg mixture into the pan, and spread over the entire area with a spatula. Sprinkle the base of the omelette with the chilli pepper sauce. Remove the pan from the heat. Add some Vilnius Naminis mayonnaise on one side of the omelette, then add the chopped onions, corn, tomatoes, peas, and chopped parsley. Use a spatula to fold the omelette in half. Serve.

  • 3 eggs
  • A pinch of salt and freshly ground pepper
  • chilli pepper sauce
  • 30 g hard cheese

FOR THE FILLING:

  • 2 tablespoons canned corn
  • 2 tablespoons peas
  • 1 tablespoon Vilnius Naminis mayonnaise
  • 2 cherry tomatoes
  • Parsley leaves
  • Half an onion
