Season the chicken breasts with salt and black pepper. Heat 2 tablespoons of olive oil in a pan over a medium heat. Cook the chicken breasts for 5-10 minutes. Chop the cooked chicken and transfer to a bowl. Add olive oil to the pan and cook the zucchini for 5 minutes. Season with salt and black pepper. Mix the zucchini, tomatoes, beans, olives, parmesan, cottage cheese, eggs and chicken with Vilnius mayonnaise.
