BREAKFAST

PREPARATION:

Wash the mushrooms, then season with salt and pepper. Carefully crack an egg into each mushroom and wrap it with a bacon strip. Place on an oiled pan, and bake in a 180°C oven for 15-20 minutes until the eggs are cooked through. Serve the mushrooms sprinkled with fresh dill, and add Vilnius Naminis mayonnaise.

  • 6 large brown mushrooms
  • 6 quail eggs
  • 6 bacon strips
  • 2 tablespoons oil
  • A handful of fresh dill
  • 100 g Vilnius Naminis mayonnaise
  • Ground black pepper, salt
