Wash and dry the meat, then place it in a plastic bag. Mix all the ingredients except the mayonnaise and pour over the meat, then seal the bag and leave it to marinate for 24 hours. Shake the meat in the bag every few hours to marinate evenly. Preheat the oven to 165°C. Remove the meat from the bag and wipe off the excess marinade. Place the meat in the oven. Season the meat with ground pepper. Cook for 40-60 minutes. When the meat is done, leave it at room temperature for 10-15 minutes. Cut the steak into thin slices at an angle. Serve with Vilnius Naminis mayonnaise.
